STAGE MAKEUP AND COSTUMING Grades: 10, 11, 12
*Class Supply Fee: $65 Various techniques of stage makeup will be practiced: straight, middle, old age, fantasy, scars, wounds, and latex. History of costumes will be studied from the Greeks to the present. A class fee of $65.00 will need to be paid by each student during the first 3 weeks of school. This will include a makeup kit as well as ancillary makeup used in class. Crew work is a necessary part of this class, as students will be doing the makeup for district plays. Attendance is mandatory for the entire run of specific productions and alternative assignments will be required if a student is unable to fulfill this obligation. Evaluation will take the form of quizzes, exams, projects, and crew assignments. This class may be taken more than once for credit.

ADVANCED STAGE MAKEUP AND COSTUMING Grades: 11, 12

A class fee of $20 will need to be paid by each student during the first 3 weeks of school with an additional $45 if student needs to purchase a makeup kit. Crew work is mandatory for all major productions, as students will head the makeup and costume crews for district plays. Attendance is mandatory and alternative assignments will be required if a student is unable to fulfill this obligation. This class may be taken more than once for credit.
